Christmas Holiday Collection
Oliver Kita’s signature oriental coral is translated into an iridescent jewel toned holiday wrap completed with a double satin bow. The 32 piece box wrapped as shown for Christmas is filled with our new holiday flavored bon bons and truffles.
Banana Cinnamon Truffles - fresh banana is combined with a touch of cinnamon and dark chocolate. After dipping, these are rolled in Muscavdo sugar for an extra special crunchy sweet taste.
Vermillion Fruit - Rembrandt inspired taste of raspberry, black currant and red currant.
Cassis Caramels - full cream caramels are combined with black currant puree and finished with Cassis de Bordeaux. Slightly winey and sweetly fragrant. Taste France!
Green Dragon - Green Tea and Wasabi Truffles. Ceremonial matcha tea is combined with white chocolate and wasabi for an extra sweet and slightly hot pungent taste. The truffles are rolled in toasted rice pearls.
Milk Champagne Truffles - center is filled with marc du champagne cognac and a milk chocolate ganache surrounds that dreamy center, the truffle is then dipped in milk chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder with a frost of white powder sugar. A little sweeter than the dark. These are made fresh weekly.
Dark Champagne Truffles - center is filled with marc du champagne cognac and a dark chocolate ganache surround that same dreamy center, the truffle is then dipped in dark chocolate then dusted in brut cocoa powder for an extra bitter taste experience. These are made fresh weekly and we do sell out. The taste is less sweet than the milk champagne truffle.
Lagavulin Truffle - this single malt smokey peaty scotch paired with milk chocolate creates a long lasting intense experience.

Chocolate Tasting Party Kit
Oliver Kita has created a unique Chocolate Tasting Party Kit. What a great new and interesting way to enjoy an evening or afternoon with family and friends, tasting various gourmet single origin chocolates. It is also the perfect hostess gift and a great ice-breaker. All of us who work with Oliver have had so much fun with this kit — and we've learned a lot about chocolates that even we didn't know.
Inside the kit you'll find:
• Chocolates to taste from four different countries; each in three different percentages (total 48 tasting squares of chocolate)

 The rich lands on either side of the Sambirano River in northern Madagascar develop red acidulous notes in fruits and aromas that are unique to "Trinitario" beans. The chocolate presented is a composition of rate "Criollo" and "Trinitario" beans. |
 The island with the highest elevation in the West Indies produces "Trinitario" cocoa beans from very old plantations. Discover upon first taste flavors of roasted almonds which develop into notes of candied yellow-fruit. |
 Experience delicate floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom give way to a long finish of refined bitterness and woody flavors. Tasting these percentages will help you to develop a sense for aromatic floral notes as they progress into the strong base flavors of cocoa. |
 This chocolate is made from rare cocoa beans and can be compared to great wines with high tannins and a long lasting finish on the palate. Tasting these percentages provides a definitive and distinctive first taste of Venezuelan chocolate, graduating to a complex and intensely evocative and prolonged finish at the 85% level. |
