Lady GaGa Gayle calls about sugar

October 24, 2011

Thank you Gayle for being the one blogger who called to ask, “where is the sugar” in the black chocolate crisps to make a batch and bring them down to our “friends” who are visiting and caring for our Ellen. The recipe is in my master book at the chocolate studio- it’s funny how I automatically knew to cream the sugar with the butter but managed to copy the recipe off of a document from home and forgot to add the amount of sugar needed to complete the recipe. Well – knowing our tres fab Gayle- she’ll call laughing to let me know if 2/3′s cup is sufficient! Visit the to find a good read. Our friend Ellen runs an independent bookstore- in addition to having climbed Kilamanjaro, running in the New York marathon, and yes she loves chocolate too! She would poke me for not getting to proof read this first.
