Lady GaGa Gayle calls about sugar

Thank you Gayle for being the one blogger who called to ask, “where is the sugar” in the black chocolate crisps to make a batch and bring them down to our “friends” who are visiting and caring for our Ellen. The recipe is in my master book at the chocolate studio- it’s funny how I automatically knew to cream the sugar with the butter but managed to copy the recipe off of a document from home and forgot to add the amount of sugar needed to complete the recipe. Well – knowing our tres fab Gayle- she’ll call laughing to let me know if 2/3′s cup is sufficient! Visit the Goldenotebook.com to find a good read. Our friend Ellen runs an independent bookstore- in addition to having climbed Kilamanjaro, running in the New York marathon, and yes she loves chocolate too!
