Black Chocolate Crisps

BLACK CHOCOLATE CRISPS
All Purpose Flour 2 Cups
Dark Cocoa ¾ Cup
Baking Soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt ½ Teaspoon
Unsalted Butter 10 Ounces (2 and ½ sticks)
Granulated Sugar 2 Cup
Eggs 2
Sift Together the dry ingredients
Beat the room temperature butter with the sugar
Add the eggs and beat until smooth
Incorporate the dry ingredients and beat until smooth
Chill 20 minutes
Scoop batter with teaspoon into ½ inch balls
Roll in cocoa powder
Arrange on a sheet pan spacing 2 inches apart
Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes- check oven after 10 minutes

Yield: about 72- 1 ½ cookies
