GETTING TO KNOW A LITTLE MORE ABOUT CHEF OLIVER KITA

For Ten years Chef Kita was owner of the Heaven Café in Woodstock, New York. During that time he catered every kind of event.  Feeling a passion for chocolate, he sold the the cafe to study chocolate in Paris. 

After his studies in Paris, he then moved his catering business to Rhinebeck, New York, blossoming his start up chocolate business while still catering. 

His philosophy has always been based on the seasonality of ingredients - before farm to table was born.

His favorite comment ? - " It's better to buy green beans off the truck then from the big truck supplier".
