VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MADE WITH LUXURY HOT COCOA
- Avocados - 3 large ripe peeled
- Luxury Hot Cocoa - 1/4 Cup
- Coconut Milk - 6 Tablespoons
- Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Coconut Oil - 2 Teaspoons
- Agave - 2 Tablespoons
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Pour into individual dishes or one large dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serves 4 ppl
